About this service
How this referral line works
Port Orchard Septic Connect connects homeowners in Port Orchard and South Kitsap with local septic companies. Here’s what happens when you call, and who pays for it.
When you call
We connect your call to an independent septic company that serves your area, either directly or through a call-matching partner. You talk with the company about the job, the price and the schedule. We don’t take payments, and we don’t do septic work.
Who pays us
We’re paid for the calls we connect, by the septic company or by the call-matching partner that places the call. Calling is free for you, and we don’t add anything to your bill.
Checking the company
Kitsap Public Health certifies septic pumpers, installers and maintenance specialists, and inspections have to be done by a certified professional. Ask the company you’re connected with whether they’re certified, or look them up on the Health District’s septic contractor page.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded so we can confirm they were answered and handled well. If a call is recorded, you’ll hear an announcement at the start, as Washington law requires. Privacy and call recording
Not a government service
We aren’t affiliated with Kitsap Public Health District, Kitsap County, or any other government agency. For septic permits, records or rules, contact Kitsap Public Health at 360-728-2235.
