What we collect
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and it has no forms. When you call our number, our phone provider logs your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording if the call is recorded.
How we use it
We use call records to connect you with a septic company, to confirm calls for billing, and to check call quality. The septic company you’re connected with, and any call-matching partner that places the call, sees your phone number, as with any call. We don’t sell your information.
Call recording
When a call is recorded, you’ll hear an announcement at the start of the call, as Washington law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep call logs and recordings only as long as we need them for the purposes above.
